This guide covers how to install and activate the PowerTranz Payment Gateway plugin on your WordPress site.
Install the Plugin
After purchasing the plugin, you will receive a download link for the plugin ZIP file.
- Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard
- Navigate to Plugins → Add New
- Click the Upload Plugin button at the top of the page
- Click Choose File and select the plugin ZIP file you downloaded
- Click Install Now
- Once installed, click Activate Plugin
Activate Your License
After activation, you will be redirected to the license activation screen. If not, navigate to PowerTranz in your WordPress admin menu.
- Enter your license key (provided in your purchase confirmation email)
- Click Activate
- Your plugin is now licensed and ready to configure
You can manage your license, view account details, and access support through the PowerTranz → Account menu.
Verify Installation
To confirm the plugin is installed correctly:
- Go to WooCommerce → Settings → Payments
- You should see PowerTranz listed as an available payment method
- Click on it to access the gateway settings
Updating the Plugin
When updates are available, you will see a notification in your WordPress admin. As long as your license is active, you can update directly from the Plugins page by clicking Update Now.
