Confidentiality & NDA Policy
At Sitepact JA, we believe great work should be visible. Our reputation is built on the websites, platforms, and businesses we help grow. That means we do not operate as a hidden or white-label vendor, and we do not accept agreements that prevent us from being publicly associated with our work.
At the same time, we fully respect the need to protect sensitive business information. This policy explains how we balance both.
What We Keep Confidential
We treat all non-public business information shared with us as confidential, including:
- Product or feature roadmaps
- Internal systems and technical architecture
- Financial data and pricing
- Marketing or growth strategies
- User or customer data
- Trade secrets and proprietary processes
This information is never shared, published, or used outside of your project.
What We Do Not Keep Secret
We do not accept agreements that require us to remain anonymous, invisible, or uncredited for our work. This means:
- We must be allowed to state that we built or manage your website or platform
- We must be allowed to list your project in our portfolio
- We must be allowed to publish a case study about the work
These case studies focus on:
- The problem
- The solution
- The results
They never include protected or sensitive business details.
Our public visibility is a core part of how Sitepact JA operates. If a project must be built in complete secrecy or without attribution, we are not the right partner.
When We Will Sign an NDA
We are open to signing NDAs that protect specific confidential business information, such as:
- Trade secrets
- Internal processes
- Financial or operational data
- Product plans not yet public
We will not sign NDAs that:
- Prevent us from naming you as a client
- Prevent us from showing the work
- Prevent us from writing a case study
- Turn us into a white-label or invisible provider
If an NDA is required, it must clearly distinguish between:
- What is confidential, and
- What may be public
Your website, branding, and the fact that Sitepact JA built or maintains it must remain public.
Case Studies and Portfolio Use
We regularly publish case studies to showcase our work and help other businesses understand what is possible. When an NDA is in place:
- We will respect all agreed confidentiality terms
- We will not disclose protected information
- We will not reveal private metrics or internal strategies unless approved
But we will still:
- Show the project
- Credit the client
- Describe the outcome
Why We Work This Way
We build long-term partnerships, not invisible labor. Our clients benefit from:
- Our growing reputation
- Our proven track record
- The trust that comes from public, successful work
We cannot provide that if our best projects are hidden.
If You Need Confidentiality
If your business has sensitive information that must be protected, we are happy to discuss it and put the right safeguards in place.
If your business requires total secrecy or white-label delivery, we may not be the right fit, and that is okay. We prefer to be clear about this up front so both sides can decide quickly.
