Mastering Excellent Service Ltd provides premium service training for hospitality professionals, with a strong focus on building modern, inclusive, and future-ready teams. They approached us seeking a complete website redesign, as their existing site was outdated and not being properly maintained.
After reviewing their current website and holding detailed discussions with the Mastering Excellent Service Ltd team, we began development on their new website. This project was initiated just before Hurricane Melissa impacted Jamaica in October 2025.
Our standard goal is to complete projects within ten (10) business days. However, timelines can occasionally be extended due to factors such as delayed content submission, slow client communication, or changes to project requirements. While we always aim to fully understand project needs before development begins, there are instances where new specifications or additional functionalities are introduced mid-project, which can result in pauses or, in rare cases, a complete rebuild. Fortunately, such situations are uncommon.
We were in the final stages of completing the website when the hurricane caused an unavoidable delay. Operations resumed approximately one week after the hurricane, at which point we finalized the remaining configurations. An onboarding meeting was then held with the Mastering Excellent Service Ltd team, who were very pleased with the final result. A few minor adjustments, such as image replacements and content updates were requested and resolved within a few hours, after which the website was officially handed over to the MESL consulting team.
