Provision Debt Management is a debt recovery company based in Jamaica. While they had two registered locations, they lacked an online presence, a website. Although they were active on social media, they wanted a centralized platform where clients could easily access their services and stay updated on business offerings.

This website project was not as complex as some others we have worked on, but it still presented its own unique challenges. It is a standard informational website with an integrated booking feature, utilizing WooCommerce. Even though the website has e-commerce functionality, we still classify it as an informational site.

We successfully completed the project within our usual 10-day timeline, with everything running smoothly from development to final delivery. At Sitepact JA, we’d like to extend a big thank you to the Provision Debt Management team for trusting us with this project.

When clients reach out to us for an online presence, they usually need one of three types of websites a standard informational website, a tour/adventure site with eCommerce features, or a standard eCommerce website.

Cuvee Hand Selected is a boutique liquor sourcing and consultancy service based in St. Andrew, created to meet the growing demand for premium, rare, and limited edition spirits. They contacted us to elevate their business with a professional website.

We had several in-depth discussions to fully understand their goals, confirm feasibility, and prevent scope creep during development. All our websites are built to be scalable, ensuring they can grow with the client’s business. However, new requirements introduced mid-development can sometimes require a full rebuild, so clarity upfront is key.

Once everything was finalized, we moved into the development phase. We were especially excited about this project while we have built many eCommerce websites, this niche was a first for us. Each of our projects is custom designed and developed to match the client’s unique needs.

This project took a bit longer than our usual 10-day timeline, but the final result was absolutely stunning. Both our team and the client were very pleased with the outcome.

After agreeing to the terms, we proceeded to the development phase, completing the project within our standard 10-business-day timeline. Upon presentation, the team was pleased with the final result. At Amazing Place to Work, the focus is on helping organizations build exceptional workplace cultures where employees feel valued, engaged, and inspired. Their vision is to ensure that every organization becomes an amazing place to work for all.

We were contacted by their team to develop a website for the company. While they already had an established business structure and primarily marketed through Instagram, they wanted something more structured as their business evolved. The goal was to create a platform where both existing and new clients could easily learn about the company, explore their service offerings, and stay updated on the latest news.

After a one-on-one consultation with a company representative to gather their requirements and desired features, we got straight into development. The resources needed for the project were provided promptly, and communication throughout the process was excellent.

Although this project didn’t involve complex e-commerce features since the website is mainly informational it was still a meaningful one for us. The final product effectively showcases the company and its mission, and we’re proud to give it a 10/10 in our books.

While social media was helping him connect with customers, he needed a professional platform to centralize his content, highlight his offerings, and establish a stronger online presence.

After our initial consultation, Mr. McKinley shared details about his business operations and the services he provides. We then conducted thorough research into his industry to ensure the website design and functionality would not only look modern but also align with his business goals and target audience.

Within just a few days, we were able to deliver a sleek, user friendly, and professional website that truly represents the brand identity of Prime Finish and Auto Sales Limited. Pesky’s Pest Control, based in Jamaica, offers a comprehensive range of residential and commercial pest control services aimed at eliminating pests and preventing future infestations. While Marc already had a presence on Instagram, he recognized the need for a website that would properly showcase his services and represent his business brand more effectively.

After a detailed discussion with our team about his business needs, services, and website requirements, we began building his site. The project progressed smoothly without any major challenges, thanks to great communication with Marc, who was prompt in providing the necessary content and images for the website.

We had the creative freedom to explore various designs and layouts, as there were no strict limitations. This allowed us to experiment with unique elements that truly reflected the core aspects of his business. Once the development was completed, we scheduled a Google Meet with Marc to review the website together and discuss any necessary changes. Marc was pleased with both the final product and the quick turnaround time. While we aim to complete websites within a week of meeting with our clients, on occasion, timelines may extend due to factors like delayed client communication or unforeseen development issues. In these cases, we ensure that clients are kept informed every step of the way.

Carville Tours Jamaica is a premier tour company dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences that leave guests with lasting memories for years to come.

This website project was among our more complex builds. We integrated WooCommerce to power the booking system and developed several custom hardcoded functionalities for the airport transfer section. Unlike standard informational websites, which are usually straightforward, this platform required advanced configurations to meet the client’s unique service offerings.

The development process took just over 10 business days, as we navigated some communication delays and resolved a few configuration conflicts with the tour and airport transfer setup. Despite these challenges, the project is one we are especially proud of.

In the end, the client was delighted with the results, and we are truly grateful to have been entrusted with bringing their vision for Carville Tours Jamaica to life.

At Sitepact JA, we had the opportunity to collaborate with O’Shane Ellis, founder of The Entity JA, to revamp the company’s website and bring it in line with their brand identity. The original website design lacked a strong connection to The Entity JA’s vibrant entertainment and event planning services. Additionally, some elements needed modernizing to create a fresh, engaging experience for visitors.

We started by designing two drafts. The first was a modernized version of their existing site, but it didn’t fully capture the dynamic essence of the brand. Halfway through the project, we pivoted to a completely new approach—crafting a sleek, minimalist design that better reflected their innovative spirit and focus on high-energy entertainment. This new design, which is now live, is bold, professional, and mirrors The Entity JA’s core mission to create unforgettable experiences.

O’Shane’s clear vision and active participation were instrumental in achieving this result. His extensive experience in the entertainment industry and passion for curating top-tier events fueled our creative direction, and we were able to deliver a website that truly represents The Entity JA. At Sitepact JA, we’ve had the privilege of working on numerous projects over the years, but one that stands out as particularly memorable is the website development project for Ocho Rios College. This project began all the way back in 2022 and, while not overly complex, turned out to be one of the longest and most challenging ones we’ve undertaken.

When we first received the request from Ocho Rios College, it seemed like a standard website development project. The college, known for its student-centered approach to education, wanted a website that would not only showcase its programs and services but also provide a platform for students to submit documents, register for courses, and make payments online. At Sitepact, we’re accustomed to projects like these, especially those with e-commerce capabilities. Typically, such websites can be completed within our usual seven-day project turnover. But this one, as we would soon discover, would be far from typical.

Understanding the Client’s Vision

Ocho Rios College prides itself on offering a wide range of courses—from Hospitality and Medical to Esthetics, Construction, and Business Studies. Their commitment to fostering individual growth and aspirations in their students is evident in their approach to education. This understanding set the stage for us to design a website that truly represented their values.

Our team was eager to get started and began by analyzing the college’s needs. The goal was clear: create an intuitive and functional platform where students could easily access information, submit documents, enroll in courses, and even make payments online. It sounded straightforward, and we dove into the project with the typical enthusiasm we bring to all our work.

The First Hurdles

As with many projects, the initial phase of development moved smoothly. However, midway through the process, we encountered our first challenge: communication with the main point of contact at Ocho Rios College became inconsistent. Despite our best efforts to keep the project moving, our contact was becoming unresponsive, which caused the development to stall.

In situations like these, we typically archive dormant projects after six months. However, for this particular project, something told us to keep it on our server. We had a gut feeling that the issue wasn’t with the project itself but with the assigned point of contact. We decided to hold off on archiving it and continued to monitor the situation.

The Turning Point

After a year of delays, we decided to take a more direct approach. We reached out to the principal of Ocho Rios College to discuss the project’s future. To our relief, the principal was receptive and eager to get things back on track. We resumed the development process, and our team was once again ready to move forward. But as we had learned before, challenges still lay ahead.

Overcoming Further Challenges

Despite the principal’s enthusiasm, the project continued to experience delays. The principal’s busy schedule led to slow communication, and many of the critical resources we needed to complete the website were not provided in a timely manner. It felt as though we were back at square one, and we were on the verge of giving up on the project altogether.

But just when we were ready to archive the project and move on, we received another message from the principal. This time, there was a renewed commitment to completing the project. With this renewed energy, we sent over a detailed list of the outstanding resources and information that were critical to finishing the site. To our relief, the requested materials were sent over promptly, and we were finally able to push forward.

A Successful Outcome

After months of setbacks, the project was completed, and the website was launched successfully. It was a long and sometimes frustrating journey, but the result was worth the effort. The Ocho Rios College website is now a beautiful, functional platform that showcases the college’s diverse programs and allows students to easily engage with the institution.

The process was a reminder of the importance of persistence, clear communication, and maintaining a positive relationship with clients—no matter how challenging the project may become. In the end, we were all happy with the outcome, and it was incredibly rewarding to work closely with the principal and the Ocho Rios College team to bring the vision to life.

For us at Sitepact JA, this project was more than just another website. It was a testament to the power of collaboration and the perseverance required to see a project through to completion, no matter the obstacles along the way.

We’ve collaborated with numerous SMBs in Jamaica to transition their businesses online, but our recent project with a client marked a new milestone. Upon discussing the website requirements and receiving all the necessary resources, we commenced the development process, completing it within 6 days. Following the development phase, we presented the website to the EasyA Club team for review and any desired adjustments. Once this stage was finalized, the next step involved scheduling the website launch. However, the launch was contingent on the completion of lesson uploads and materials creation by EasyA Club.

Despite the time-consuming nature of this process, we adhered to the schedule, ensuring the website went live on the planned date, January 7th. The EasyA team expressed satisfaction with the final result, conveying their gratitude through a 5-star Google review, highlighting their appreciation for our work.

Peter Shoucair, the owner of Event and Entertainment Services, has collaborated with us on various projects, including I Do Jamaica Magazine, A Brides Expo, and Jamaica Bridal Expo. In this specific project, he sought a redesign for an outdated website plagued with broken links and responsive errors. Taking inspiration from reputable websites in his industry, we successfully crafted a website that authentically represents his brand. Fortunately, we did not encounter any challenges while working on this project as it was an informational website requiring minimal hard coding. The project took our team 7 days to complete.
